Eliza + Peter

Eliza and Peter planned a two-day full sensory experience. A shaman’s blessing in the Boston Public Library courtyard. A city-wide bike tour in lieu of cocktail hour. Dancing at the Barking Crab. And then, the next day at deCordova Sculpture Park — a clear tent transformed into an enchanted forest by Rafanelli Events. This two-day August wedding was unconventional, joyful, and completely alive.

Two days. Two cities. One love.
The weekend began with an elegant ceremony at the Boston Public Library. But then the suits came off, the helmets went on, and the entire wedding party took to the streets of Boston on bikes. Peter and Eliza led the procession on a tandem bicycle — license plate reading PELIZA — weaving through the city before arriving at the Barking Crab on the waterfront, where the dancing started and didn’t stop.
The following day, at deCordova Sculpture Park in Lincoln, Massachusetts, Rafanelli Events transformed a clear tent on the museum grounds into something otherworldly — full-grown trees anchoring the space, woven rattan pendants hanging overhead, long farm tables alive with wildflowers and candlelight, emerald velvet sofas tucked between the greenery. The tree-lined backdrop through the tent walls made it feel like a forest had gathered to witness them. It was magic.
