Krystal

Krystal has never had a problem with showing up. She built a thriving studio, leads retreats, speaks on stages, and represents brands she believes in. What she came for was something quieter — permission to be seen in the fullness of all of it.
We began with IFS parts work and shamanic energy clearing, meeting a younger part of her that had learned to stay small. By the time we picked up the camera, something had already released. What followed was her — fully, without apology.
