I could write an absolute novel about these two lovely gentlemen, but I will try to keep it short.
Joe + Scott are the warmest, kindest, smartest people you’ll ever meet. We connected a few years ago, when they modeled for a styled wedding shoot. We had so much fun that day, it led to hanging out and joining forces for our very own trivia team aptly named, “my fake gay wedding” haha. {I have to admit my strengths are limited to random 90’s pop culture facts and running the answers up to the announcer, while Joe and Scott pretty much answered everything else.} When one day I got a text from Scott informing me we’d have to change the name of our team to “my REAL gay wedding”.. well of course I lost my mind! It’s been fun chatter as they planned their gorgeous and intimate wedding at The Dorset Inn, in Vermont. A place they visit often on anniversaries – and I’m sure will continue to do so. We carved out a luxurious timeline that allowed for trips to the quarry with their loving wedding party, and then hopped in their car and drove over to Hildene, The Lincoln Family home for wedding portraits and of course GOATS! From beginning to end this day was perfection: the weather, the grooms, their fun friends and family, and of course their incredible pheasant details {which Joe plucked himself, haha, I’ll spare the rest of that story}. And if these two weren’t already the most adorable pair: they made their wedding cake. And it was delicious.
