Pretty in Pink, but not in the overly girly way. Pink has never looked so cool: On the vintage car, or those massive peonies in Erin’s bouquet… or on Jeff’s FEET! My word, those shoes: custom made in Berlin. This day was delicious on so many levels: an ice cream truck for one! Donuts! And don’t forget the eye candy! {see what I did there?}
It’s no wonder Erin & Jeff’s wedding at Wequaquet Lake Yacht Club was so special: they’re both creatives. L.A. is home, where Jeff writes for the television show Elementary {if you’re not already watching it, get on it- I love it.} And Erin is a culinary genius and personal chef. Together they created the most AWESOME day, full of their family and friends-intertwining them into every aspect: many of their friends chose readings for the ceremony and Erin’s mom grew the grass for the centerpieces, and of course the food was amazing.
Erin wore her grandmother’s wedding dress, they rode in style in vintage cars and fire trucks, and Jeff’s shoes: honestly. Look at them. I’m in love.
Here’s a sneak peek of their day. I had such a hard time narrowing these down, because there wasn’t one dull moment at this wedding. And Jeff’s groomsmen kept us in stitches, I even got in on the act and made a few of my own “that’s what she said” jokes…
