Holly & Dan’s romantic rustic wedding

We’re so excited to share Holly & Dan’s wedding. They were married at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Salem, with a to-die-for reception at 43 Church down the street. It was one of the first weddings of 2012 and it set the bar extremely high. Holly and Dan are the sweetest people you will ever meet, and it’s so obvious how much they love each other. They also won us over by setting aside a HUGE chunk of time in the middle of the day for photos… and the icing on the cake?! Holly went all out with details from BHLDN {we just can’t get enough}. Holly graciously shared all her links for her details at the end of the post. You know, in case you need some awesomesauce in your life. We’ll give you the heads up: we ADORED Holly’s flowers and the INCREDIBLE rustic wood details with moss like you wouldn’t believe from La Reve Floral Design! And hair and makeup was by our dear dear friend Danielle Coates- she’s amazing.
We love love LOVED spending this special day with Holly & Dan! Enjoy!

From Miss Holly:
Dress: Paloma Blanca. My earrings were my grandmothers that she wore at her wedding and that mom also wore when she married my dad. Dan had his suit custom made from Brooks Brothers and his tie was from there as well.
Shoes: Vera Wang Lavender
Bridesmaid dress: They picked their own cream colored dresses.
Bridesmaid gifts: Small rhodium rose stud earrings by Kendra Scott with ceramic flowers from BHLDN. The groomsmen gifts were the red ties they wore from Brooks Brothers.

reception details: BHLDN: The vases on the dinner table, the mercury votives and the small birch and driftwood candles, the green and gold garlands, the slate table numbers and the cake topper.
ITEMS I MADE: The poms I made with my bridesmaids and we hung them up the day before. All the stationary items (i.e. invites, programs, escort cards) with paper from The Paper Source and we arranged the escort cards.
FLORIST MADE: Aside from all the flowers, she made the large birch candles and she and I went over the look of the reception and she basically styled the whole thing the day of (i.e. all the guest tables, the desert table, the cake, the sweetheart table and chairs, the ribbon and garlands along the stairs, the fireplace mantels, all the candle arrangements and all the decorations at the church aisle, alter and doors). One of my favorite things she made was the flower wand for my niece, the 18 month old flower girl.

florist: Le Reve Floral Designs. She (Darcy Hammer) was amazing!
cake: Cakes for Occasions, Rustic style w/ styling by the florist. All the other mini deserts the restaurant provided.
makeup:danielle… she also did hair. The florist provided the flowers for the hair.
